A. Establish point-of-contact (POC):

Ms. Michelle Cox from UMUC and Mr. George Sweet UMUC representative at Ft. Sam Houston.

B. Reviewed Alumni Association forms:

C. Working Strategic Plan:

To create Internet Presence – establish a method to communicate via the Web-page by creating a "Contact Us" feature. POC Rocky
To increase Membership Participation by 10% - Ron Taylor scan Alumni Association forms (green forms) into a file and Linda contact Alumni. POC Linda
To establish Organizational Structure – establishing committees, meetings and goals. POC Brian Parks
To establish Professional Development program - create/update email list of Alumni group. POC Ron Taylor
To establish financial structure - Betty will email or call Dharma Selva for Financial Structure model for our Chapter. Setup "Mock Budget" Brian will email Betty a template to start process. POC Betty
To establish Military presence – use committee to establish POC at each location and determine the needs the military presence. POC Rafael
To establish Community of Events – Quarter's1 (Jan-Mar) and Quarter 3 (Jul-Sep) will be considered the smaller events which will be sponsored by Lonestar UMUC Alumni chapter. Quarter's 2 (Apr-Jun) and Quarter 4 (Oct-Dec) will be considered the larger events and will be sponsored by UMUC Maryland. POC Brian
