The Edward A. Parnell Outstanding Alumnus/a Service Award

This award recognizes a UMUC alumnus/a or individual who has shown exemplary volunteer service over the course of the current year. The person(s) must also meet one or more of the criteria below:

1. Displayed exemplary volunteer service over the course of the current year.  (A history of service, while important, is not critical to the selection process.)
2. Actions must have had a demonstrated impact on the program or project in which he/she was involved.
3. Recipient must have played an integral role in moving forward the UMUC Alumni Association and its activities.
